Photo Heavy Post!

I've been on a bit of a baked goods drive recently and basically I cooked a load of muffins, photos follow.

Zucchini Spelt Muffins

All of these come from the wonderful book Vegan Brunch by Isa Chandra Moskowitz.

Next plan is to attempt to try and cook something other than muffins from the Brunch book, eggless omelts and quiches have me really intrigued.

And one knitting photo...here is the now named As If! slouchy beret in progress. I am up to the last pattern repeat and then just decreasing and blocking to go.

For some reason whenever I look at it, I think of an octopus. I should make an octopus hat, I bet there is a pattern out there for one.
